Financial Supervisor

We are seeking a Financial Supervisor specialized in AR to join our team with a +3 years of experience in in administrative and financial management. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and managing audit and accounting processes. Your daily duties will also include monitoring budgets and preparing financial reports.

• Main mission :

Ø Check, confirm, and receive bank transaction to ensure the correctness with customer's transferring evidence.

Ø Daily record receive transaction clearing by invoices in to system with accurately and on timely basic.

Ø Record receive transaction (transferring, cash, cheque) in to system.

Ø Monitor and follow overdue AR with Sales team to clear on timely basic.

Ø AR balance reconcile, confirmation Letter.

Ø Follow up and check tax invoice, receipt from supplier.

Ø Monitor and follow up on customer payments according to defined deadlines.

Ø I
mplement action plans to optimize collections and reduce payment delays

Ø Verify, prepare payment voucher for all expense of company.

Ø Familiar with Moroccan accounting standards and basic tax requirements.

Ø Analyze customer accounts and identify late payments.

Ø Prepare regular reports on the status of receivables and propose solutions for improvement.

Ø Work closely with the operational and commercial accounting departments to streamline the collections process.

Ø Any other responsibilities assigned by Financial Manager.

Ø Skilled in salary calculation and CNSS declaration of personal income tax, with VAT, CIT and other tax calculation and declaration experience.

• SKILLS & Required profile :

Ø
Degree in finance, accounting, or management.

Ø Interpersonal skills and strong ability to establish and maintain effective work and relationships with people of different origins and cultures, including at high level.

Ø Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a challenging environment.

Ø Sense of autonomy.

Ø Ability to adapt to contexts subject to change and ability to be proactive.

Ø Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Ø Excellent written and oral command of French and English.
