Your role

Responsible for securing the accuracy, integrity, and insightfulness of the company's financial data by steering both the closing process and FP&A cycle. Ensures figures are reliable and all transactions are properly recorded, while driving forecasts, performance analysis, and key financial reviews to support decision-making and strengthen overall financial management.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets by analyzing historical performance, market dynamics, and operational inputs.
• Lead, review, and approve the monthly financial closing with Global Shared Service Center, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop, monitor, and update operational budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and providing regular follow-up with operational teams.
• Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports, offering deep analysis, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate financial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Analyze business performance versus targets, highlighting trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide timely support, including operational ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
• Forecast and manage cash flows and working capital proactively to optimize liquidity and reduce financial risks.
• Support internal and external audit processes by coordinating required documentation and ensuring timely responses.
• Identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to strengthen the efficiency, reliability, and accuracy of financial processes, including monthly closings.
• Contribute expertise to specific projects, business cases, and cross-functional initiatives requiring financial insights.

Main requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A gained in a multinational company.
• Fluency in English and strong command of Excel.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Clear, structured, and effective financial communication.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in French anad English is required
