If you're passionate about creating impactful designs that make a difference, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Design end-to-end experiences — from initial research and user flows to polished, pixel-perfect UI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Own and evolve our design system — ensuring consistency and scalability across all products
  • Lead usability testing initiatives and transform user insights into actionable design improvements
  • Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality standards across the entire team

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • 3–5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (plus other design/prototyping tools)
  • Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments

Nice to Have:

  • UX research methodologies experience
  • Motion design skills
  • Basic front-end development knowledge
