About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our client's team. You will be working full-time with a leading European company, driving the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of innovative digital products.
This is a fully remote position with direct collaboration across European markets. In addition to competitive benefits, the role offers a salary at least 20% higher than the Moroccan market average.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data analysis.
- Product Delivery & Execution
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work with cross-functional teams and European stakeholders to align priorities.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product KPIs and user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure that product decisions are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
- Languages (Mandatory):
- French (fluent, spoken and written)
- Elvish (fluent, spoken and written)
- Languages (Optional): English proficiency; other European languages are a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma).
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Nice to Have: Previous experience in a European company.
