Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup?

Join Talio Talent as a Data & Operations Assistant for a French tech startup, and play a key role in maintaining and improving our internal database while supporting day-to-day operations.

You'll help ensure that our information is up-to-date, accurate, and well-structured — supporting both our talent matching process and our business development activities.

Your Missions

  • Collect, organize, and update data in our internal database (Excel / Airtable / Google Sheets).
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Research and input company or talent details from LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Support the operations and matching team with daily data-related tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports and help identify areas for improvement.

Profile Required

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – French is not required.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools (Google Workspace, Sheets, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and methodical.
  • Organized and able to work autonomously.
  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Previous experience or exposure to data entry, research, or coordination is a plus.

Recruitment Process

  • Intro Call (10–15 min) – to get to know your profile and motivation.
  • Short practical test – simple data or LinkedIn research task.
  • Video Interview – deeper discussion with a Talio team member.
  • Onboarding & training – introduction to our process and tools.
  • Mission start – integration into the startup's daily operations.
