RED TIC recherche un profil Project portfolio manager pour le compte de notre client.

MISSION : PORTFOLIO

Activité principale

  • Assistance/formation des utilisateurs (Outils PPM)
  • Suivi des délais et de la qualité des données saisies sur les outils PPM
  • Dispositif permanent de Contrôle et correction (Relance et suivi avec les PPM et les PP)
  • Gestion du projet et des évolutions des outils PPM
  • Assurer le processus de constitution et communication des MEP (Journal des mises en production)
  • Assurer le Support Niveau 1 aux utilisateurs et suivi des sujets Niveau 2/ Support à la Finance (Chargement données financière, …)
  • Participation aux différents chantiers organisationnels internes au PPM & des sollicitations métiers/DG
  • Pilotage du process budgétaire annuel (S2)
  • Gérer les projets internes PPM (Process /Procédures/Orga/Evolutions outils)

  • Préparation et présentation de supports synthétiques sur le Portefeuille
