Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly skilled
Cinematic Destination Videographer/Content Creator
to document an exclusive, high-end men's lifestyle and development retreat in Marrakesh, Morocco for January 22nd-25th 2026.

The role involves capturing
cinematic, luxury-focused footage
that highlights presence, community, camaraderie, coaching sessions, and the overall immersive experience. You must be able to work as a
fly on the wall
, capturing natural moments while still understanding how to frame scenes that look polished and premium.

Content will be used for:

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• A 3
  -minute horizontal YouTube cinematic compilation

Qualifications

1. Strong ability to shoot
   cinematic, high-quality video
2. Confident with
   camera operation
   , angles, and framing
3. Comfortable capturing natural moments as a
   fly on the wall
4. Basic lighting knowledge to keep footage clean and premium
5. Must provide a
   showreel
   and your
   Instagram profile
   for visual reference
6. Reliable, discreet, and able to work smoothly with our small team

Rate:
£250 for the day to capture the main elements of the retreat

(apartment, outings, food, workouts, and key coaching moments)
