About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team and lead the community engagement efforts for a major sports club in Casablanca. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with a passionate fanbase and build a vibrant online community around the world of sports.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active online presence.
  • Moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all community members.
  • Create engaging content, including updates, polls, and interactive discussions, related to the sports club and its activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the sports club and its fans, gathering feedback and communicating important information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing and communication goals.
  • Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of fan culture.
  • Experience with community management tools and analytics.
