Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Provide financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly in the fin -tech and e -payment sectors.Identify and manage financial risks associated with business operations, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance.Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners to secure funding and investment opportunities.Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Establish clear financial performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools that enhance reporting and analysis.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all platforms.Present financial reports and insights to the executive team and board of directors.Communicate financial performance and strategyto internal and external stakeholders effectively. RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in financial management.Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements specific to fin -tech.Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building high -performing teams.Nationality: Moroccan nationality is a 1st priority but not a must.
