Spa Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Spa Manager
to lead the spa and wellness operations at our four-star hotel in Fes, Morocco. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa experience — from staff management and guest satisfaction to financial performance and service innovation. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on creating memorable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experiences for guests while driving team excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatments, wellness programs, retail, and guest services
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and guest flow to maximize revenue and efficiency
• Develop and implement spa marketing strategies, promotions, and seasonal offers
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels of spa products and supplies
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Prepare and manage the spa's operating budget, revenue targets, and cost controls
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new services, treatments, or technologies to enhance the spa offering
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote wellness and spa packages for guests and events

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a hotel or resort setting (minimum 3 years)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of spa and wellness treatments, products, and industry trends
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and staff performance
• Excellent communication in

  French
  (Arabic is a plus)
• Certification in spa management, wellness, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
