Forward Trading is a company specialized in the distribution of high-quality sporting goods. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Supervisor to strengthen our team, develop our client portfolio, and actively contribute to the growth of our sales throughout Morocco.

  • Driving license and own car to manage travel and meet retail store managers. Fuel and car allowance will be provided by the company.
  • 1-2 years core sales knowledge to negotiate with customers and acquire market share.
  • Confident and able to communicate in local languages and English to sell our range of products to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Commission based job on top of basic salary.
  • Ensure regular and high-quality follow-up to build customer loyalty.
  • Report field information and prepare activity and market trend reports.

Basic Salary Car Allowance + Fuel Allowance + Commission + CNSS
