Working hours: Work in shift
Reports to: Supervisor

Job Description

Check and monitor the status of all technical systems (electrical system, generator, camera, public address system, water supply and drainage, fire protection, elevator…) and promptly report incidents to ensure all technical systems operate continuously, stably, effectively, in accordance with procedures, standards and energy saving.
Record detailed status and operating parameters of equipment according to each equipment's inspection items.
Supervise contractor's construction activities, ensure contractor's compliance with technical, safety and aesthetic standards.
Some other technical related work as required by management.

Job Requirements

Have experience from 6 months or more
Graduated from high school or higher in Electricity, Refrigeration, Industrial Electricity
Honest, hard-working, responsible
Electrical/refrigeration engineering experience is a plus, if experienced in building operations engineering.
