This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Development Manager in Morocco. In this role, you will lead the development of a new product initiative designed to help mid-market customers drive growth and improve lead conversion. You will manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team while owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful impact on product direction, and the opportunity to shape engineering practices. You will balance technical leadership with people management, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.   • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering high performance and professional growth
  • Oversee software design, development, and implementation across multiple concurrent projects
  • Prioritize development work, remove blockers, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and technical solutions
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across the team
  • Identify risks, perform root cause analysis on technical issues, and implement preventive solutions
  • Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
