Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 MAD net/month

Moroccan company, specialized in high-end nannies services at home, is looking for an experienced Agency Manager to support our development at the national level.

We offer an exclusive service to a high-end (B to C) clientele, demanding in terms of quality, discretion and professionalism.

Main missions:

  • Manage and develop the agency's activity in Casablanca (and coordination with the Rabat and Marrakech areas)
  • Supervise and recruit nannies (selection, training, follow-up)
  • Ensure impeccable customer service: reception, advice, request management
  • Monitor the quality of services and ensure the satisfaction of families
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure rigorous monitoring of missions
  • Ensure the necessary movements between the different cities (Casa - Rabat - Marrakech)

Wanted profile:

  • Presentable, neat, organized woman with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a position of responsibility, ideally in services or agency management
  • Strong capacity for rigor, autonomy and discretion
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle mandatory
  • Good knowledge of the local socio-economic fabric and the expectations of a high-end clientele
