Allianz Technology heeft in 2021 Allianz Services opgericht om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de operationele entiteiten van Allianz op het gebied van projecten. Allianz Services – Teamleider Nederlandstalig Wij zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige teamleider met ervaring in het aansturen van een team van telefonische adviseurs in schadeverzekeringen. Als teamleider: Coach en ontwikkel je het team. Ondersteun je hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de afdelingsmanager. Je stroomlijnt processen zodat iedereen zich kan concentreren op zijn of haar prioritaire taken. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Organiseren, plannen en coachen van je team. Communiceren van relevante informatie naar je team ter verbetering van hun werkzaamheden. Uitdragen van de visie van Allianz Services Morocco en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en ambities van de groep. Algemene productkennis hebben om je team te ondersteunen. Zorgen voor uitvoering, documentatie en herziening van eerstelijnscontroles. Onderzoeken van oorzaken van problemen, identificeren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan continue verbetering. Dagelijks opvolgen van KPI's en de backlog van het team.
Profil Recherché
Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Kennis van Engels is vereist; Frans is een pluspunt.
Ervaring in de klantenservice is wenselijk.
Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden met focus op resultaten en verandering.
Vaardigheid in het interpreteren van cijfers en het bepalen van SMART-doelstellingen.
Proactieve en actieve aanpak bij het oplossen van taken.
Zorgvuldig, punctueel, systematisch en verantwoordelijk.
Beheersing van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
