Defect Analyst

We are currently looking for a Defect Anlayst to join our team in Casablanca. You have an experience in a similar field and have a passion for vehicle technologies, then we look forward to receiving your application

• Conduct in-depth analysis of faulty measurements to identify the root cause of malfunctions.
• Perform data analysis using required software tools.
• Document analysis results and findings clearly and concisely.
• Communicate test findings, identified issues, and root causes to relevant stakeholders, including clients and data analysis teams.
• Evaluate correct measurements to support continuous improvement in future software versions.
• Verify compliance with requirements and assess issues against defined specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in defect analysis or similar technical roles.
• Experience with ADAS parking functions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of vehicle networking protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay.
• Familiarity with DOORS and Vector measurement techniques is advantageous.
• Independent, systematic, and analytical working style.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• English proficiency required; German is a plus.
