The Role

We are hiring a Revenue & Commercial Development Associate to join our team in Marrakech.

This is a hands-on commercial role: you will manage revenue optimization across OTAs and direct channels, while also supporting business development initiatives such as preparing commercial proposals, analyzing partnership opportunities, and assisting with onboarding new collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

  • Manage inventory and pricing across , Expedia, and direct booking channels.
  • Build and monitor rate plans, promotions, and fences (e.g. Genius, mobile-only, LOS, country rates).
  • Track daily/weekly pacing, ADR, RevPAR, and competitor set; produce actionable reports.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments and promotional strategies based on demand and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with front office and reservations to manage stop-sells, allotments, and MLOS.

Commercial Development

  • Conduct market research on potential partnerships and distribution opportunities.
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and ROI analyses for commercial initiatives.
  • Support outreach to agencies, DMCs, and travel partners to grow B2B channels.
  • Assist in onboarding new collaborations: rate loading, OTA content updates, and contract follow-up.
  • Track KPIs related to pipeline growth, partner engagement, and booking contribution.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years' experience in 
    hotel revenue management, OTA management, reservations, or sales/commercial roles
    .
  • Strong analytical skills; 
    Excel/Google Sheets advanced
     (lookups, pivots, formulas).
  • Familiarity with 
    PMS, Channel Managers, and OTA extranets
     (HotelRunner, Opera, Pluriel, SiteMinder, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in 
    French & English
    ; Arabic a plus.
  • Professional presence and ability to build trust with external partners.
  • Proactive, structured, and motivated by both numbers and client-facing work.
