Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Distributor. The Distributor or Agent will be responsible for identifying and developing customer networks, promoting company products, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and ensuring the distribution of post-harvest solutions efficiently. The role will require maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales, customer relationship management, and business development skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze markets, identify potential leads, and strategize sales approaches
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience in agriculture, logistics, or related fields is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
