01TEK is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own, scale, and refine production-grade React applications used by millions of users worldwide. This is a high-visibility role within a mature, professional environment that balances global-scale engineering challenges with a flexible, high-trust culture.

The Technical Bar
Core Mastery
Deep React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the rendering model, Concurrent React (useTransition, useDeferredValue), and sophisticated state orchestration (Zustand, Jotai, or XState).

Strict TypeScript: We move beyond basic interfaces. You should be proficient with Generics, Discriminated Unions, and Mapped Types to ensure a bulletproof type system.

Modern JavaScript (ES2023+): Deep understanding of the Event Loop, Microtasks vs. Macrotasks, closures, and memory management.

Performance & Scale
Engineering for Millions: Proven experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals (specifically INP, LCP, and CLS) at scale.

Browser Internals: Mastery of the critical rendering path, resource prioritization, and minimizing main-thread blocking time.

Architecture: Experience working in large-scale Monorepos (Nx / Turborepo) and building/maintaining centralized Design Systems.

Quality & Testing (Non-Negotiable)
Mandatory Testing: Proficiency with Vitest / Testing Library and a "Test-First" mindset.

Resilience: Experience with E2E testing (Playwright) and network-level mocking using MSW.

Code Review Culture: A commitment to rigorous, transparent, and constructive peer reviews to prevent regressions before they reach production.



Your Role
Design & Enforce Architecture: Lead the technical direction of the frontend, ensuring modularity and scalability across multiple teams.

Own Quality: You don't just ship features; you ship documented, testable, and resilient code.

Collaborate: Work closely with Product and Design within a structured Scrum framework to deliver high-impact global features.

Mentor: Act as a technical lighthouse for mid-level engineers, promoting best practices in TypeScript and React.

Requirements
5+ years of experience building high-traffic, production web applications.

Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Vitest. and design framework and CSS

Experience with (SSR/RSC) is highly preferred.

A "Product Engineer" mindset—you care about the user experience as much as the code.
