Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Food & Beverages Manager passionné(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) aura une solide expérience dans la gestion des opérations de restauration et de boissons, ainsi qu'une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe pour offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Missions principales :

  • Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de restauration et de boissons.
  • Élaborer et gérer le budget des départements Food & Beverages.
  • Concevoir des menus innovants et attrayants en collaboration avec les chefs cuisiniers.
  • Assurer la qualité des produits et des services offerts aux clients.
  • Former et encadrer le personnel de salle et de cuisine.
  • Analyser les performances et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et négocier les contrats.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client et résoudre les éventuels problèmes.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en gestion hôtelière, restauration ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement haut de gamme.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
  • Sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de restaurant.
  • Anglais courant souhaité; la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
