We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated final year students in international trade or marketing to join our Sales Administration team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and eager to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify leads, drive sales cycles, and manage RFP processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demo materials for clients.
  • Coordinate demos and follow-ups, addressing queries.
  • Develop SOW (Statement of Work) templates and manage contract changes and submissions.
  • Conduct research to identify target companies and industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a future graduate with a Bac+5 degree in International Trade or Marketing.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
