an Automation & AI Specialist (n8n)
to help us push this mission even further.

The Role

Your mission:
turn manual work into automated workflows
that save hours, reduce errors, and unlock new capabilities for our teams and clients.

You will:

  • Build & maintain workflows
    in n8n across Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Integrate tools & APIs
    (Zapier, Make, CRMs, marketing platforms, databases).
  • Experiment with AI
    (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to enrich data, generate content, and make workflows smarter.
  • Document & scale
    automation systems so they're reliable, transparent, and easy to grow.
  • Collaborate across teams
    (marketing, SEO, design, dev) to translate needs into automation that accelerates delivery.

What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)

10+ live automation workflows running in production

2+ AI-powered flows improving content or lead-gen

Dashboards & alerts monitoring operations and campaigns

A documented, scalable automation library

Noticeable reduction in repetitive tasks across the team

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on
    n8n expertise
    (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with
    Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
  • Familiar with
    Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Suite
  • Bonus: JavaScript or Python
  • Portfolio of real automations (required)
  • Curiosity for AI + automation mashups
  • Fluent in English or French
  • Based in Rabat (Agdal), full-time, in-office only
