This is a critical role that bridges the gap between User Management (Office 365) and Server Operations (Linux/Open Source). You will be the technical backbone for employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Global IT Management: Fully manage the Office 365 Business environment for international users. This includes user provisioning, enforcing security policies, and managing SharePoint/Teams configurations.
Open Source Infrastructure: Deploy, maintain, and secure self-hosted open-source platforms (e.g., APIs,Service Monitoring, ERPs, PIMs) on Linux servers.
Automation & Scripting: Write scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, manage backups, and streamline server deployments.
Security & Reliability: Ensure 99.9% uptime, manage regular security updates, firewall configurations, and disaster recovery backups for all internal applications.
Technical Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, communicating clearly in English to support our workforce across different time zones.
Requirements
Language: English is mandatory. You must be able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to international team members.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in System Administration or DevOps.
Microsoft Stack: Deep expertise in managing Office 365/Microsoft 365 for mid-sized organizations.
Linux Expertise: Strong command of the Linux CLI, server hardening, and package management.
Containerization: Experience with Docker is highly preferred for managing self-hosted apps.
Location: You must be based in Fez, Morocco (or willing to relocate immediately) for a Hybrid work setup.

Fast Learner: You can quickly adapt to new tools and software.
