Work With IBM ODM in a Production Environment:

• You will be directly involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining business rules using IBM ODM—an enterprise-grade Business Rule Management System used globally.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fully participate in our intensive training program covering Java, IBM ODM, and relevant cloud/Linux technologies.
• Write, test, and deploy business rules and decision services using Java and the IBM ODM platform.
• Collaborate daily with international client teams (in English) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure the reliability and performance of deployed decision services.
• Contribute actively to an agile development process, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
