Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meknes for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will manage a designated section of the kitchen and ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard. Responsibilities include supervising and training junior staff, managing ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, checking inventory levels, and collaborating with other team members to uphold the hotel's culinary excellence.
Qualifications
Cooking, food preparation, and plating expertise
Menu planning and recipe development skills
Team leadership and staff training experience
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure environments, especially during peak service times
Prior experience in a similar role in a fine dining or hotel kitchen
Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
Passion for creativity, presentation, and maintaining culinary trends
