Job Description:
As a fresh Graduate in Industrial Chemicals Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced sales and supply chain teams, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. - Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas within the chemical industry. - Order Processing:
Handle order processing tasks, including quotation preparation, order entry, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. - Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise. - Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and shipment records. - Training and Development:
Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of chemical products, sales techniques, and supply chain management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Chemical engineering background is preferable but that we are willing to interview exceptional candidates from other backgrounds too.
- Strong passion for sales and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
