Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of allocated projects within our Waste Services division in
Casablanca, Morocco
. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring integrated planning across projects and functions, translating our program vision into actionable project delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Project Director to set strategies, goals, and success criteria.
- Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules while managing risks and dependencies.
- Lead project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
- Establish and enforce quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and implement best practices for optimal outcomes.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in waste management or related industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of waste management processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic or French is a plus.
