Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of allocated projects within our Waste Services division in
Casablanca, Morocco
. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring integrated planning across projects and functions, translating our program vision into actionable project delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to set strategies, goals, and success criteria.
  • Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement best practices for optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in waste management or related industries.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of waste management processes, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic or French is a plus.
