Main responsibilities:
Organize, plan, and monitor production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets,
Lead, motivate, and support production teams while ensuring a positive work environment,
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards,
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools, especially 5S,
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and define corrective actions,
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations,
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
Profile we're looking for:
Master's degree (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent),
Up to 5 years' experience in a similar role,
Strong leadership and team management skills,
Solid knowledge of Lean tools and industrial organization methods,
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
