About the Role

We're looking for a creative and fast-moving Ads Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads.

Your mission: make people stop scrolling, and convert.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and optimize UGC-style, testimonial, and hook-driven ad videos for social campaigns.
  • Add captions, sound effects, hooks, and callouts that improve watch time and CTR.
  • Test multiple versions of ads and analyze what works to guide the next edits.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to brainstorm new ad concepts.
  • Manage deadlines and maintain consistent creative output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with TikTok, Meta, or YouTube short-form ad edits.
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and viral trends.
  • Sharp understanding of what makes ads convert, not just look good.
  • Can work independently, take feedback fast, and improve with every round.
  • Portfolio required (links to ad work or social media edits).

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

We love editors who bring more to the table. If you've got any of these, it's a big plus:

  • Basic motion design or animation (for product callouts or text motion).
  • Sound design / audio mixing skills.
  • Thumbnail design or basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
  • Creative strategy understanding you know why certain hooks or scripts work.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with UGC content production or influencer-style editing.
