We're looking for a Talent Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and help ensure every new candidate and employer feels supported from day one.

  • What You'll Do
    Guide new candidates through onboarding, ensuring profiles, resumes, and documents are complete and accurate.
  • Support employers during onboarding by setting up accounts, job postings, and company branding pages.
  • Provide clear communication, resources, and troubleshooting to help users get the most out of Emplii.
  • Track onboarding progress, identify gaps, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to improve onboarding workflows.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and employers to enhance the overall user experience.
  • What We're Looking For
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage onboarding processes at scale.
  • A people-first mindset with empathy for both candidates and employers.
  • Bonus: Experience with HR, recruiting, or talent marketplaces.
