MA-Tools is a young company specializing in the distribution of technical products related to machining, metalsheet and automation, with the mission of supporting the industrialization of the Maghreb.
Your role and missions:
As Administrative & Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in managing customer relations and ensuring the efficient running of sales administration. Your day-to-day work will be rich and varied, in contact with a range of internal and external contacts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer database management: You will be responsible for managing and updating the database to ensure accurate, usable information.
- Support for sales actions: In collaboration with the sales team, you will assist in the preparation of sales actions and support field representatives in their actions.
- Customer follow-up and order management: You ensure proactive follow-up of customers and orders to guarantee a smooth, professional customer experience.
- Logistics and administrative management: You will be responsible for preparing and checking sales documents (quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices).
- Payment follow-up and reminders: You ensure that customer payments are properly followed up, and make any necessary reminders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Various administrative tasks: You will be involved in various administrative aspects to ensure the smooth running and organization of internal processes.
Profile required:
You are motivated and autonomous, with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage a variety of priorities. We're looking for someone who combines rigor, discretion and team spirit.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, English and Arabic.
