Real estate agent

We are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and multilingual individual to join our sales team as a Real Estate Agent. This role offers the opportunity to earn high commissions and work with a diverse clientele in one of the world's most exciting property markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of properties for sale and rent within Marrakech.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings with professionalism and excellent presentation.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
• Prepare and present accurate contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and other documentation.
• Actively prospect for new clients and listings through networking and outreach.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.
• Availability to work on weekends when client demand requires it

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements

• Exceptional Multilingual Proficiency (Required Minimum):
• Arabic (Fluent/Native)
• French (Fluent)
• English (Strong working proficiency)
• Strong IT Proficiency: Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Professional Presentation: A highly polished, professional, and well-presented demeanor is essential for representing our agency and our properties.
• Reliability: The ability to be punctual, organized, and manage a demanding workload independently.

Highly Recommended

• Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or a proven track record in a sales-driven environment(e.g., luxury sales, B2B sales) is strongly preferred.
