Start your career with the Strategic Student Program (SSP)

The SSP is our formal internship programs at SIEMENS Software. You will be mentored by guides and work directly with costumers to create direct business impact and again invaluable professional experience

The program is a 6 months internship in from February to August 2026. There will be opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of new features for Power Analysis.
  • You will be responsible for making enhancement to existing functionality in PowerPro.
  • We are looking for a results-oriented and accountable person.
  • Collaborate with the Product Validation team in the development of testing strategies.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Final year of Engineering studies in Computer Science / Electronics & Electronics (EEE) / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
  • Knowledge of C++, STL, Data Structures, Algorithms.
  • Some knowledge of all the development tools like gdb, valgrind, makefiles, editors, IDE, etc.

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Hard working, sincere and committed to work

Good to have

  • Exposure to EDA, VLSI, ASIC design flows, Digital Logic, Synthesis, Low Power concepts.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like will be a plus.
  • Understanding in one of the HDL (Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL or SystemC) would be good
