Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dairy Engineer located in Casablanca. The Dairy Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining dairy equipment, ensuring quality control in the production process, and optimizing manufacturing operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production lines, conducting routine maintenance on machinery, implementing safety protocols, and improving production efficiency. Collaboration with the engineering and production teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and maintaining dairy equipment
• Understanding of quality control procedures and production processes
• Skills in optimizing manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in conducting routine maintenance on machinery
• Knowledge of implementing safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Dairy Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications and work experience in the dairy industry are beneficial
• Must know French and Arabic language
