Product quality compliance officer

The
product quality compliance officer
is responsible for creating and executing a product compliance program in our organization. The
product quality compliance officer
stays updated on regulatory changes and advises leadership on compliance requirements to support ethical and legally sound business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure
    product compliance
    of new products and our product portfolio (eliquids + electronic cigarettes) by:

  • Developing testing and compliance procedures + standard operating procedures

  • Coordinating the execution of testing procedures across business units
  • Perform testing procedures where possible
  • Write and maintain reporting for product launches and product portfolio
  • Be our spokesperson for any internal and external (.e.g. governmental) inquires around compliance with existing regulations
  • Investigate new regulations and develop new compliance plans

  • Provide management reporting on processes and execution of compliance

  • Since this may or may not be a full time role at times, this person helps out with requests from other departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Legal etc)

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g. biochemical engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory IMANOR and Ministry of Trade and Industry frameworks
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management is preferred
  • Good writing skills (FR/ENG/ARABIC)
