About the job:

The Loading Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient loading of hotel contracts, managing stop sales for both static and dynamic contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load hotel contracts (both dynamic and static)
• Update rates, promotions, and special offers
• Manage stop sales
• Create credentials for hotels
• Push ARI revision (Availability, Rates, and Inventory)
• Create test bookings

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience in loading.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management.
