Job Title: Construction Foreman (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Safety)

About the Role

HireWay Maroc is seeking experienced Construction Foremen across multiple specialties to support ongoing and upcoming projects. We are looking for leaders who can coordinate site activities, supervise teams, and ensure work is delivered according to quality, safety, and project standards.

Responsibilities


• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities within assigned specialty (civil, electrical, mechanical, or safety).


• Manage and lead site teams to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.


• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to achieve project goals.


• Report on progress, challenges, and resource needs regularly.

Requirements


• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in one of the listed specialties.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.


• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
