We are hiring on behalf of one of our partners in the technology sector and are looking for a Microsoft 365 Power Platform Expert / Consultant to join a global, enterprise-scale environment.

 Job Purpose : 

As a Microsoft 365 Power Platform Expert, you will act as a Technical Lead and Subject-Matter Expert for Power Platform engineering, governance, and integration.

You will ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable Power Platform solutions across a multi-entity, multi-region enterprise environment.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise, platform governance, and technical leadership, supporting business units globally while driving best practices and platform evolution.

You will also collaborate with Microsoft support and internal teams to resolve complex issues and optimize platform performance.

Key responsibilities :
Platform Engineering & Administration

• Manage and configure Power Platform Admin Center, environments, and features.

• Define and maintain ALM strategies for Power Platform (and Dynamics 365 where applicable).

• Configure and manage data gateways, service principals, and secure connectivity.

• Automate administrative and environment management tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting.

• Act as the go-to expert for Power Platform architecture, engineering, and governance.

Governance, Security & Architecture

• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Implement DLP policies, RBAC, sharing models, and data privacy controls.

• Provide guidance on solution architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.

• Support solutions built with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, and related services.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.

Collaboration & Platform Evolution

• Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure global consistency.

• Monitor the Microsoft roadmap and recommend adoption of new features.

• Drive continuous improvement and platform adoption across entities.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform Consultant / Technical Expert in an enterprise environment.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:

  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

  • Power Automate

  • Power BI

  • Power Pages

  • Microsoft Dataverse

• Strong experience in:

  • Power Platform administration and governance

  • Dataverse security models and data modeling

  • Environment and multi-entity strategy

  • Integration with APIs (REST/SOAP) and Azure services

  • Automation via PowerShell

• Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and/or Git.

• Experience in large-scale or regulated environments is a strong plus.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PL-400 – Power Platform Developer

• PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect

• PL-200 / PL-900 as baseline certifications

Languages

• Fluent French is mandatory

• Professional English required (technical and business context)
