Manpower recherche pour l'un de ses clients,
un OHSE Manager Africa H/F
pour diriger et coordonner les initiatives de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement au travail (OHSE)

Principales responsabilités :

  • Agir en tant que conseiller technique et stratégique OHSE auprès du Responsable des opérations, Cluster Afrique et collaborer avec les dirigeants seniors.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre de la stratégie OHSE Global Supply Chain, en assurant l'alignement et la cohérence sur tous les sites.
  • Suivre les performances, conduire les audits de gouvernance et soutenir la conformité aux normes réglementaires et internes.
  • Faciliter la coordination inter-sites, le coaching et le mentorat des équipes OHSE des usines.
  • Diriger les investigations d'incidents, les audits de conformité et promouvoir l'analyse des causes profondes.
  • Fournir une expertise sur les projets, investissements et processus de gestion du changement.
  • Préparer et présenter les rapports de performance mensuels à la direction du Cluster et de la Région.
  • Promouvoir une culture de sécurité, de responsabilité et d'amélioration continue.

Profil recherché

  • Qualification reconnue en OHSE (NEBOSH IGC ou équivalent).
  • Expérience dans des environnements industriels avec une forte influence sur la culture de sécurité.
  • Auditeur principal certifié pour ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
  • Bonne connaissance des normes OHSE internationales et des cadres légaux.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, coaching et analyse.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement matriciel et multiculturel.
  • Connaissance des principes Lean et des systèmes de management intégrés.
  • Expérience pratique dans la gestion des prestataires et les initiatives ESG.
