About The Role
*Mission*

• To deliver innovative AI products that meet customer needs and drive organizational success while leveraging best practices in project management and technical execution.
• Innovate and integrate AI technologies that drive business transformation and create value for the organization and its clients.
• Key objectives include fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring successful product delivery aligned with market demands.

*Main activities*

• Lead AI Engineers and Data Scientist teams to deliver end-to-end AI product development.
• Manage the backlog of the AI Center of Excellence, ensuring accountability in product development.
• Mentor and coach team members, building a high-performing team committed to excellence.
• Oversee engagement with MSC Morocco and coordinate with Data AI, products, and marketing teams.
• Lead a multi-skilled team, assign tasks, and review performance to ensure strategic objectives are met.

*Dimensions*

• People Management:
• Lead a multi-skilled team by providing clear job assignments and performance reviews, ensuring everyone is aligned with overall team goals.
• Foster a supportive environment where team members can grow and develop professionally through mentorship and coaching.
• Financial:
• Manage the budget for the AI Factory Morocco, including capital expenditures (capex) and operational expenditures (opex), ensuring financial efficiency.
• Report on budgetary performance while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Other:
• Entrepreneurial approach with high Business oriented

About You
*Professional skills:*

• You should have extensive experience handling data science projects, showcasing a deep understanding of AI frameworks.
• Your expertise must extend to deep learning and machine learning methodologies, driving effective implementation into product development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI will be essential in leading innovative solutions.
• Proficient management skills in overseeing end-to-end AI product development with a focus on industrialization.
• You will be expected to have a solid grasp of AI governance to maintain ethical and responsible AI deployments

*Soft skills:*

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Your adaptability and passion for exploration will be vital in navigating the fast-evolving tech landscape.
