Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees restaurant staff and ensures efficient daily operations while maintaining quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front and back-of-house staff
- Train and support employees on procedures
- Monitor food service quality and customer satisfaction
- Control stock orders and deliveries
- Manage shift schedules
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Strong team leadership skills
- Good English & French required
- Experience in fast food industry is a strong asset
- Problem-solving mindset
