Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse for our company . This role involves managing inventory, coordinating stock movement, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to meet delivery deadlines for the stores.
  • Ensure proper handling and packaging of products to prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for efficient stock retrieval.
  • Implement inventory rotation methods as appropriate.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are properly documented.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the retail or footwear industry.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other inventory management tools.
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution best practices.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
