We are looking for a
Presales Consultant
with strong experience in
contact center platforms and conversational AI solutions
. The role focuses on
solution design, presales support, and customer discussions
, with a strong focus on
conversational AI
use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in
    RFPs, proposals, and solution presentations
  • Understand customer requirements for
    contact center and conversational AI
  • Design
    end-to-end solutions
    covering voice, digital, bots, and agent assist
  • Lead
    technical and functional discussions
    with customers
  • Define
    chatbot, voicebot, and agent assist use cases
  • Create
    high-level solution designs, diagrams, and scope documents
  • Support
    demos, POCs, and workshops
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are
    feasible and clear
  • Ensure solutions fit
    local Morocco market needs

Required Experience & Skills:

Contact Center Platforms (must have)

  • Genesys Cloud
    (strong advantage)
  • Cisco UCCE / UCCX
  • Sprinklr
    (Voice and/or Digital)

Conversational AI & Automation (must have)

  • Experience designing
    chatbots and voicebots
  • Experience with
    agent assist / agent copilot
    solutions
  • Understanding of
    intent-based conversation design
  • Knowledge of
    bot handoff to live agents
  • Experience with
    bot analytics and performance tuning

Platforms / Tools (one or more):

  • Genesys Dialog Engine / Architect Bots
  • Google Dialogflow
  • Any enterprise conversational AI platform

AI & Speech Understanding (working knowledge)

  • ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) concepts
  • Multi-language bot design (English & French; Arabic is a plus)
  • LLM-based use cases (summarization, next-best action, knowledge assist)
  • Prompt design at a basic level (no coding required)

Functional Knowledge

  • Voice, chat, WhatsApp, social channels
  • IVR and bot-led journeys
  • Agent desktop and agent assist flows
  • Supervisor tools and analytics
  • CRM integrations (Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow – high level)

Technical Understanding

  • SIP and call routing concepts
  • Cloud-based contact center architectures
  • API-based integrations (high level)
  • Security and data handling basics for AI solutions

Language Requirements

  • English – fluent (mandatory)
  • French – fluent (mandatory)
  • Arabic is a plus

Market Experience (must have)

  • Experience with
    Morocco-based customers
  • Understanding of
    local system integrators and telecoms
  • Experience in
    local RFPs / tenders

Soft Skills

  • Clear and simple communication
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Able to explain AI use cases in practical terms
  • Comfortable running workshops and demos

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • (Strong experience can replace formal education)
