Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses équipes, le Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Manager Technique.
Missions principales :
Gestion et maintenance technique : Assurer la gestion et la maintenance préventive et corrective de l'ensemble des installations techniques de l'hôtel (électricité, plomberie, CVC, groupes électrogènes, sécurité incendie, etc.), en veillant à leur bon fonctionnement en permanence.
Supervision de l'équipe technique : Encadrer, organiser et planifier le travail de l'équipe technique, tout en veillant à la formation continue et à l'évaluation des compétences de chaque membre.
Conformité aux normes : Garantir la conformité aux normes strictes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité spécifiques à l'hôtellerie de luxe.
Optimisation des coûts : Identifier les opportunités pour optimiser les coûts énergétiques et proposer des solutions innovantes en matière d'amélioration continue.
Coordination avec les prestataires externes : Assurer la gestion des interventions des prestataires externes en veillant à la qualité de leur travail et au respect des délais.
Collaboration inter-départements : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements de l'hôtel pour garantir une expérience client irréprochable, sans compromis sur le confort ou la sécurité.
Profil recherché :
Formation : Diplôme supérieur en ingénierie, maintenance ou dans un domaine équivalent.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou 5 étoiles.
Compétences techniques et managériales : Excellentes compétences techniques, combinées à une solide capacité de management pour encadrer et motiver une équipe.
Qualités requises : Sens aigu du service, réactivité, et capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant des standards élevés.
Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, indispensable pour une communication fluide avec les équipes et la direction.
