Job Title: Graphic Designer for Tecno brand

Location: Casablanca

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join TECNO Morocco's marketing team.

This role focuses on retail marketing visual design and social media content creation for smartphone products.

You will transform product features and brand concepts into visually compelling communication materials that engage both retail customers and online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop creative visuals for retail marketing materials including POSM, in-store posters, event backdrops, shop branding, and key visuals (KVs).

· Design digital and social media assets (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) such as campaign posters, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.

· Work closely with the video & motion design team to ensure consistency across all digital and retail channels.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret product selling points into strong visual communication.

· Ensure all designs align with TECNO brand guidelines and local market aesthetics.

· Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the 3C / consumer electronics / FMCG industry.

· Proven experience in retail marketing design (POSM, in-store visuals, outdoor campaigns, etc.).

· Familiar with social media content design (static and animated banners).

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

· Strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance.

· Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

· Basic understanding of printing standards and material preparation.

Nice to Have

· Experience working on smartphone or technology brands.

· Ability to communicate in English fluently.

· Photography or simple video editing skills is a plus.
