Description:

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Content Posting Assistant to support our online presence and brand visibility.

You'll help prepare, post, and follow up on engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brand message stays consistent and professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit visuals and short videos using Canva and HeyGen AI.
  • Post and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ensure posts are formatted properly and on schedule.
  • Engage with comments and messages to build community engagement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns.
  • Track basic post performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & French (spoken & written).
  • Skilled with Canva, HeyGen AI, and social media tools.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Creative with a strong sense of brand consistency.
  • Comfortable working part-time with flexible hours.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (flexible hours).
  • Occasional coordination calls with marketing and leadership teams.
