Missions principales :
- Participer à la production des viennoiseries (préparations, façonnage, cuisson, finition) dans le respect des recettes et standards Maymana.
- Superviser et accompagner les commis dans l'exécution des ordres de fabrication.
- Veiller à la qualité des matières premières et au respect de la chaîne du froid.
- Maintenir une organisation optimale du poste de travail et assurer la propreté du laboratoire.
- Respecter scrupuleusement les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (5M).
Profil recherché :
- Formation en boulangerie ou pâtisserie.
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en viennoiserie artisanale ou haut de gamme.
- Maîtrise des techniques de pétrissage, tournage, façonnage et cuisson.
- Sens du détail, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et créativité.
