Position Overview

We are seeking a senior experienced and strategic Project Manager,This role provides specialized expertise to help us deliver comprehensive transportation solutions in the engineering logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy:

Develop and execute the country business strategy in alignment with global objectives. Identify market opportunities and establish strong market presence.

  • Public Relations:

Demonstrated ability to manage public relations effectively, including building and maintaining positive relationships with local government and networking at all levels. Implement proactive reputation management initiatives to protect and enhance the organization's brand image in the local market.

  • P&L Management:

Own the country's profit and loss statement. Drive revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency to meet financial targets.

  • Operational Excellence:

Leverage extensive transportation experience to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Implement efficient systems and processes to optimize daily project operations.

  • Team Leadership:

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing local team. Create a positive work culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work effectively with global and regional teams to leverage resources and drive consistent execution of company initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a country management role or equivalent senior position.

  • Industry Knowledge:

A senior background in logistics and rich practical experience in transportation are required

  • Leadership:

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a multicultural environment.

  • Business Acumen:

Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and business development.

  • Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.

  • Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
