Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangier for a Head Bartender / Beverage Manager. The Head Bartender / Beverage Manager will oversee daily bar operations, manage beverage inventory, train other bartender and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include training and supervising bar staff, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Cash Handling experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Relevant certifications and licenses in food and beverage management
• Experience in high-end hospitality settings
