Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and work exclusively on a project with a U.S.-based client in the property insurance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and analyzing high-quality public and vendor data to support product development and sales initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data
• Designing, building, and optimizing reports and dashboards
• Documenting best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with internal teams to support and enhance data infrastructure
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions
• Contributing to special projects, supporting team members, and engaging in continuous learning

Background & Experience

• A bachelor's/master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar field
• 2+ years of data analytics work in an English setting, preferably for US/Canada based clients

Key Qualifications

A good fit for the position MUST have the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Advanced SQL skills (Database concepts, advanced querying with window functions)
• Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy)
• Capability to apply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to real-world datasets and business use cases
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data engineering workflows (data pipelines, transformation, integration, and optimization)
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTable, Macros, VBA)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and accountability
• Willingness and commitment to work full-time

Job Compensation

• Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 7,000.00DH - 14,000.00DH per month
